The essentials of using Spryo (https://spryo.co), operated by RASTORA UAB. By opening an account or firing a run, you accept these Terms. They apply together with the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, the Acceptable Use Policy, the Payment Policy, the Refund & Cancellation Policy and the Service Level Agreement.
1. Who we are
Spryo is a service of RASTORA UAB, a private limited liability company incorporated in the Republic of Lithuania, company code 308067153, registered office at Laisvės pr. 60, LT-05120 Vilnius, Lithuania. In these Terms “we”, “us” and “Spryo” refer to RASTORA UAB, the platform at spryo.co, its subdomains and its API.
2. Your account
Sign up with a working email and keep your contact and billing details current. Everything performed under your credentials is treated as yours — choose a strong password, enable two-factor authentication where offered, and write to us at [email protected] if you think someone else has got in.
3. Age and capacity
Spryo is intended for adults acting for themselves or for a business they have authority to bind. If you are under 18, or lack legal capacity where you live, please do not use the service.
4. What Spryo does
You put a Crew together on the board — the agents, the tasks they carry, the process they follow — and Spryo executes it as a Run on demand, on a schedule, on a webhook or from a REST call. Every action lands on an append-only ledger showing who did what, which model handled which step, which connector was called, and how many power tokens were metered.
5. Your model keys and connected services
Spryo does not resell AI model calls. You attach your own API keys — Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini, xAI, or any OpenAI-compatible endpoint — and the run engine calls them on your behalf when a step needs a model. Keys are held AES-encrypted at rest and decrypted only inside the run engine at the moment a step needs to sign a request. Connectors your Crew reaches — Slack, Telegram, RSS, webhooks, raw HTTP and the like — are governed by the terms of their providers; the cost of using them is between you and those providers.
6. Power tokens and billing
Spryo runs on prepaid power tokens. You pick a pack from the Pricing page, tokens are credited to your balance, and every Run reserves an estimated cost up front, meters what actually happens as steps settle, and releases the unspent reserve back to your balance. There is no subscription, no automatic renewal, no seat licence and no recurring charge — you top up when the balance runs low, or you do not. Full commercial detail is in the Payment Policy.
7. Your content and Outputs
Anything you type, upload or route through Spryo is your “Input”. Anything a Crew produces from it is its “Output”. As between you and us, and so far as the law permits us to grant it, you keep the rights you already hold in the Input, and you own the Output. You grant RASTORA UAB a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, transmit, process and back up the Input and the Output solely to run the service, keep it secure, meet legal duties and prevent abuse. We do not use Input or Output for model training. AI systems can return similar Output to different users from similar prompts and cannot guarantee freedom from third-party rights; use Output with judgment.
8. What Spryo owns
The platform, the board, the run engine, the ledger, the templates, the documentation, the trademarks and the code are ours or licensed to us. Nothing in these Terms transfers them to you. Do not copy, resell, reverse engineer or scrape the service at scale.
9. Acceptable Use
Your use of the service is also governed by the Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Serious or repeated breach can lead to warnings, throttling, pausing a Crew, or closing the account without refund.
10. Availability, betas and disclaimers
Availability commitments and the remedies for downtime are in the SLA. Features labelled beta, experimental or preview are provided as they are and may change or be withdrawn.
The service and its Output are provided “as is”, without warranties, so far as the law permits. Output is not professional advice, and neither generated content nor actions taken by a Crew on connected services are guaranteed correct or secure. Where the law lets us cap liability, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before a claim, or EUR 100 if that is higher. Nothing that cannot lawfully be excluded is excluded, and consumer statutory rights stand regardless.
11. Suspension and closure
We may pause or close an account where the service has been misused, where there is a serious security or legal risk, where a regulator or court requires it, or where a payment issue is unresolved. You can close the account any time from settings or by writing to [email protected] — nothing recurring to cancel. Unspent power tokens sit in your account until they are spent, refunded under the Refund Policy or forfeited on closure.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms as the service and the law evolve. Material changes will be signalled in the service or by email at least fourteen days before they take effect, unless the change is a bug fix or a security response. Continuing to use Spryo after that means you accept the update.
13. Governing law and disputes
Lithuanian law applies, and the Lithuanian courts have jurisdiction — though as a consumer you keep the protections and the courts of the country you live in. Consumers can bring an unresolved dispute to Lithuania’s State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (VVTAT, https://vvtat.lt), and those elsewhere in the EU can turn to the European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net).
